I’m Tia, a multi-passionate wife and mama intentionally showing up in the world as the most authentic version of myself. I am a spiritual mentor, intuitive guide, transformational soul coach, reiki practitioner, and full spectrum doula. I’m also a psychic medium, healer, and light warrior who willingly goes where Spirit leads. In this current season of my life, you can find me serving others in multiple ways—most of which being through doula support, soul coaching, and spiritual mentorship.

This can look like so many different things depending on where you are in life and what specific journey you’d like support with. No matter the role, I offer a holistic, sacred, and trauma-based approach in efforts to not only meet you where you’re at, but also to best support your needs, wants, and desires for your highest good and the highest good of all.

If soul coaching has your attention, know that this is a little different than the traditional talk therapy. In our 90 minute sessions we dive deep into your patterns and programmings, and take a holistic, trauma-based approach into creating change at the subconscious level. Depending on your specific needs and goals, we may use several different techniques like Neural Energetic Encoding, EFT Tapping, NLP, Hypnosis, and more to support your unique journey. The work we do within each coaching container is highly sacred. Because of this, my one-on-one spaces are limited and exclusively reserved for those who are prepared, open, and willing to put in the effort required to bring about genuine change in their lives.

As for spiritual mentorship, everyone’s journey looks a little different. Having studied under the direct mentorship of internationally known healers and psychic mediums Pat Longo and Maryann Dimarco, I blend everything they’ve taught me along with all my experiences plus that of my other teachers and carefully craft mentorships tailored to your specific needs. Everything from spiritual protection and energetic cleansing, to connecting with your intuition and getting to know your spiritual team, to understanding your gifts and being clear on the signs your receiving—the spiritual mentorship space is such a fun space to explore when the timing is right for you.

I like to describe the “work” I do here at Wairua Wellness more like true purpose rather than anything else because that’s what is—true purpose. This is what I do, and I absolutely love the entire essence of what this journey consists of.
